1. No Returns on Opened Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The item delivered is expired or defective.
To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Clear video of product without any cut or editing
- A brief explanation of the problem
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved:

5. Replacements
If applicable, we may offer to send a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Order Cancellations
